At Motorino, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Motorino tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location. You will receive a notification once our warehouse team has processed your refund or replacement.
